She is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Decision Sciences Institute, Project Management Institute, and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. These studies demonstrate the need for further research in project management maturity and how this relates to project performance. Instructions: Each question has four alternatives (A, B, C, D).Organizations that encourage collaboration and strong communication among project team members are expected to perform better. A correct alignment of organizational culture and project management maturity efforts may also lead to an improved performance. Following the literature review on project performance, PMM, and organizational culture, the research design and the questionnaire are described.
